Products are insured by St Charles Insurance Company, which is domiciled in Charleston South Carolina. St Charles is a wholly owned subsidiary of American Guardian Warranty Services, a multi-million dollar risk management company which also serves as insurer and reinsurer for other successful warranty products and functions as risk manager.

American Guardian administers and processes all claims.

American Guardians Claims and Customer Services Department is staffed by a 34 person unit handling and processing claims throughout the U.S., Canada and Mexico.

All claims are reviewed by a national independent third party company for validation. You can be eligible to receive claim payments in 24 hours via credit card reimbursement.
